This program is aimed at comprehensive lifestyle and longevity health optimization. It uses a membership subscription model often called “concierge” or “executive/corporate health,” and more often today a longevity or lifestyle practice. Patients invest in membership fees for annual and follow-up comprehensive diagnostic exams and check-ups, supported year-long by expanded communication with your healthcare professional, creating an ongoing relationship designed to optimize health. Although our practice participates in Medicare, the program’s services are entirely outside and beyond plan coverage, unrestricted by plan time, frequency and scope limits.

Membership fees are designed to qualify as medical expenses under the tax code, so they may be payable with HSA, FSA, HRA, MSA or employer funds. This is not guaranteed: please confirm with your tax adviser or plan administrator.

Membership fees can never be submitted to Medicare or any other plan for reimbursement, because they pay only for services outside plan coverage. When a plan-covered service would help your health, we may provide it separately and bill Medicare or your plan if we participate in it; you pay any co-payment or deductible your plan requires.
