Included with membership — Longevita Insights is included at no additional cost for patients subscribed to a Longevita Medical Institute membership.
How you enroll — Longevita Insights is not sold through automated online checkout. You request enrollment by sending a message through the contact page on this website, emailing info@LongevitaMI.com, or calling or texting 407-205-7877. A team member then reviews these terms with you and enrolls you only after you give express consent to the subscription and to recurring billing.
Renewal — Your subscription renews automatically each billing period, monthly or annually, until you cancel.
How you cancel — You may cancel at any time, using the same methods by which you enrolled: a message through the contact page on this website, an email to info@LongevitaMI.com, or a call or text to 407-205-7877. Because enrollment is completed by a team member rather than by automated checkout, cancellation is completed the same way. No additional step, offer or conversation is required, and no cancellation request will be refused.
When your cancellation takes effect — Your cancellation is effective as of the date and time we receive your request. Staff processing may take up to one business day, and that processing time will never delay the effective date of your cancellation. If we receive your request before your next renewal charge, you will not be charged that renewal.
Confirmation — We will send you written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If you have not received confirmation within one business day, contact us at info@LongevitaMI.com or 407-205-7877 and we will confirm it.
Annual subscriptions — Annual subscriptions renew automatically for a further twelve months unless you cancel. We will send you a written reminder no less than 30 and no more than 60 days before your cancellation deadline, stating the renewal date, the amount that will be charged, and how to cancel.
Refunds and access after cancellation — Fees already charged are not refundable. This includes a monthly charge already billed at the time your request is received, and any annual subscription fee. You keep full access to Longevita Insights through the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends at the end of that period.
Data after cancellation — Cancelled subscriptions will not store your previous data.
