Regenerative Medicine
Physician-led biologic therapies, Stem Cells, for orthopedics, pain, and wound care
A Considered Approach to Regenerative Options
Regenerative biologics, such as stem cells, are an area of active clinical research. Our role is to evaluate whether these options are reasonable for your situation, explain plainly what is known and what is not yet established, and make sure you understand the alternatives before you decide anything.

What Florida Law Allows
Three categories of care. Nothing else.
Florida Statutes 458.3245 and 459.0127 from SB1768, effective July 1, 2025, permit licensed Florida physicians to offer certain stem cell therapies that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for three categories of care only.
Orthopedic conditions
Pain management
Wound care
Longevita offers stem cell therapy only within these categories. We do not offer it for anti-aging, cosmetic, neurologic, autoimmune, cardiac, pulmonary or other systemic purposes.
Required disclosures. Before any stem cell therapy, Florida law requires a signed consent form. It must explain the treatment and its anticipated results, state that the therapy has not yet been approved by the FDA, describe the serious possible risks, benefits and alternatives, including no treatment, and encourage you to consult your primary care provider. Your physician reviews these documents with you, answers your questions and gives you time to decide.
Our patient-facing materials are reviewed for compliance with Florida law, and we make no representations about results.
